FILA FITNESS INFLUENCER CAMPAIGN
It's no doubt 2021 saw a return to home workout and virtual fitness movement. And with new product lines launching across Target stores nationally, FILA Fitness aimed to capitalise on this trend through a dynamic social campaign – one that would boost awareness of product range, position FILA as a preference for entry-level fitness enthusiasts, and most importantly, empower and encourage consumers towards their active solo fitness pursuits.
Engaging Cyclone, FILA Fitness wanted an authentic, positive and culturally-relevant campaign narrative that would best drive engagement amongst their desired audience. In reply, a timely influencer campaign was planned and launched to best showcase the product range, highlight its key benefits, and effectively direct sales through Target’s physical stores and online purchases.
Using relevant micro-influencers, namely mums and fitness enthusiasts, the campaign revealed the FILA products in action as an excellent motivator for keeping healthy at home – successfully appealing to the entry-level fitness target audience. Using Instagram Reels and Stories functions, nine influencers shared collections of authentic lifestyle and fitness content, building positive sentiment and engagement on social media channels, and ultimately inspiring and educating audiences to stay active during lockdown periods.
A testament to both high-quality content and effective influence alignment, the campaign exceeded objectives, with significant impact across brand engagement and subsequent sales results.
