QUEST BRAND CAMPAIGN 2019
After an extensive research program involving over 500 business travellers and 150 travel managers, we found the length of stay during work travel has a direct impact on emotional well being. Short-term business travel was seen as a fling from responsibility, exciting & fun. This presented the perfect opportunity for Quest to reinstate its long standing USP as 'the champions of business travel' - delivering a new standard of apartment hotels that enables success for every guest. To deliver this message to the business travel community, we put the guest experience front & centre of the creative, underpinned by the playful campaign narrative: Work. Play. Sleep. Repeat. Comprising of a digital campaign framework driven by online video, the campaign has been rolled out across Australasia and the UK.
