Australia’s largest masterplanned community was designed to inspire a new era of future-focused, sustainable living. And they needed the branding to match, which is where we came in. Having previously worked on Ripley’s brand strategy, we consolidated our brand understanding to develop a look and feel anchored by Ripley Town Centre’s archetypes of the Everyman and Magician.


Consequently, we sought to shape a brand that spoke to the everyday Aussie but at the same time inspired them to strive for the indulgent community life they deserved.


Via an in-depth process of creative discovery, we were able to elevate the Ripley Town Centre brand identity to successfully encapsulate its overall purpose—of pioneering a new era of sustainable development to create a life-enriched community. This new branding spoke to both its Sekisui House roots and harmonious relationship with the surrounding environment (inspiring its distinct new colour palette). It has also afforded the various sub-brands within the masterplan development a beautiful sense of clarity and cohesion, which was no mean feat for such a large-scale brand.
